The MKM Dundee Stars bounced back on home ice, defeating the Fife Flyers 5-4 in overtime to split the Tayside Derby double-header.
A good start for the Stars saw them dominate possession early and generate a number of quality chances to test Shane Owen. This momentum carried over into the first powerplay of the night, with Mason Alderson being called for slashing.
