- Cancellations of club ice made between 2-4 weeks prior to the date of the game(s) is due to be played will not be charged if the game is rescheduled before the end of the season.
- Cancellations of club ice made less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the game will be charged the full ice cost.
- Unless a re-arranged date can be agreed mutually between the participating teams any ice which has been scheduled for competition matches will be charged in full to the non non-showing team,
- Discretion of this policy will be used by the DIA management e.g. severe weather conditions or other operating conditions like local government Covid-19 restrictions.
